Crest 3D White Strips

I decided to look around and compared some off brand whitening strip ingredients to the ingredients in the Crest 3D strip sand ended up finding some strips at a local grocery store {Kroger} and they had all the same active ingredients as the crest whitening strips do!!!

I figured for $16, I might as well give it a try.
Today will be my 6th day using these strips and I can really see a difference!
So, I'll update you on how these whitening strips work out after a full 2 weeks!
Many people had some complaints about these, but you really have to find a method when using these whitening strips.

Here's the method that works for me:
I use these strips right before I go to bed, so I:
-Brush my teeth.
-Dry my upper & lower teeth with either a cotton ball or my hair dryer on the 'cool' setting. (The saliva creates a barrier between the strips are your actual teeth)
-Open the packaging, and pop out the strips. (I don't try to peel it off because it's kind of waxy. It's like a combination of a strip & tray. You can also use a tweezer to gently take it out to make sure it doesn't tear.)
-Then I apply it to my teeth and fold it over to the back of my teeth and press a little to make sure it is actually touching/sticking to my teeth.
-I leave it on for half an hour, sometimes a little longer.
Thank God, I have not had any sensitivity!! So far, these strips are a success and I would definitely recommend them!

Or home remedies that you may know of?

Crest Whitestrips are AMAZE and made a noticeable difference in just 3 days for me. Unfortunately, the sensitivity was a factor for me.
