​Toxic Mind
Journal and write.
Every night.
Before bed,
Otherwise I can't rest my head.
To clear my mind of all thoughts,
So my sleep is not fought.
After a long day,
There is so much to say.
Making sure to find the good from the day
Even the negative that occurs,
Is just as important, for sure.
For the mind can be toxic,
and in order to think with logic
Every night it needs cleansing, 
Otherwise there will never be healing. 
Journal and write,
every night
with all my might.
For I put up a fight,
even with my own mind.
and strength I find,
even through my toxic mind.
