Skincare with Rejuve Medspa

October 27, 2019

Replenish Hydrating Cream • Rejuvenative Moisturizer • Purifying Foaming Wash • AHA/BHA Exfoliating Cleanser • HA5 Essential Defense SPF
The last few months have been...stressful to say the least and my skin knows it too. So, after I did some Rejuve Medspa treatments and didn't see the results I wanted one of the estheticians has taken the time and patience to help reset my skin. My skin concerns from the beginning have been:
❗️Hormonal acne
❗️Stress-related acne
❗️Discoloration
❗️Uneven Texture
❗️Hyperpigmentation/Discoloration
❗️ Retaining Moisture
She thinks there was too much done and too quickly to 'fix' my skin.
My first session with her, which consisted of a derma-plane and extractions, she found that my skin healed too quickly from my previous facial, and caused the oil that was trying to get out to get trapped in. She recommended go easy on the acne-focused products and just keeping my face clean and hydrated.
She switched to a very simple routine for 2 weeks that consisted of a little bit of an unusual routine.
After two weeks, my skin was extremely dry, so she recommended we went back to the basics.
Essential Defense SPF • HA5 • Sensitive Skin Cleanser Replenish Hydrating CreamEpionce Blue Calming Mask

After four or five visits now, we are slowly incorporating more products.

I use the Sensitive Skin Cleanser a makeup remover (double cleanse) if needed. I am starting to learn that although the skincare industry is being flooded with fancy serums, mists, moisturizers and even tools, less is more, and ultimately better. Here's to getting closer to clearer skin!
