Return & Refund Policy – The Bold & Brown

We value your trust and aim for 100% satisfaction with our natural skincare products. Please read this policy carefully.

1. Return Window

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order (delivery date).

  • For defective, damaged, wrong item, or not as described: Eligible within 7 days.
  • Change of mind returns are not accepted for opened or used products (hygiene reasons).

2. Eligibility for Returns/Replacements

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused/unopened, in original condition, with all tags, seals, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation/email/receipt).
  • For defective/damaged/wrong items: Report immediately upon receipt (photos help us resolve faster).

Non-returnable / Non-refundable items (common for skincare in Pakistan):

  • Opened or used beauty/personal care products (serums, toners, scrubs, creams, etc.) – due to hygiene and safety.
  • Sale/clearance items.
  • Any product marked "non-returnable" on the product page.

3. How to Request a Return or Replacement

  1. Email us at contact@theboldnbrown.com within 7 days of delivery.
    • Include: Order number, reason (with photos if damaged/defective/wrong), and contact details.
  2. We review and reply within 1–2 business days.
  3. If approved, we provide a return address (Gujranwala, Punjab) and instructions.
    • Do not ship back without our approval – unapproved returns will not be accepted.
  4. For COD orders: You can inspect the package before paying the courier. If damaged/wrong, refuse delivery and inform us immediately.

4. Damages, Defects, or Wrong Item

  • Inspect your order upon receipt.
  • Contact us immediately (within 7 days max) if defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We offer replacement (preferred) or refund after verification.
  • Provide photos/description to speed up the process.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item (approved cases only):
    • Refunds processed to original payment method (or EasyPaisa/JazzCash/bank for COD adjustments) within 7–10 business days.
    • Bank/card processing may take additional time (up to 15 days total).
  • If over 15 business days since approval and no refund appears, email us.
  • Shipping fees: Original shipping not refunded (unless our error); return shipping covered by us only for defective/wrong/damaged cases.

6. Exchanges

  • For size/variant issues (if applicable) or preference: Return the item first (follow steps above).
  • Once approved and processed, place a new order for the desired product (fastest way).

7. COD-Specific Notes (Common in Pakistan)

  • High COD return rates hurt small businesses – we appreciate your understanding.
  • Refuse delivery if obviously damaged/wrong and notify us right away.
  • For valid claims, we adjust COD amount or refund via easy methods.
