Welcome to The Bold & Brown! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products, and services ("Services"). "We", "us", or "our" refers to The Bold & Brown, based in Gujranwala, Punjab, Pakistan, powered by Shopify.

By using our Services (browsing, ordering, or contacting us), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. If you disagree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old (age of majority in Pakistan) or have parental consent. You agree to provide accurate information (name, email, phone, address) for orders, especially COD. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and all activity under it.

2. Products & Descriptions

We aim for accurate product images and descriptions, but colors/appearance may vary by device. Products (natural skincare like serums, toners) may change or be discontinued without notice. Quantities limited at our discretion. Purchases are for personal use only—not resale.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer; we may accept or decline for any reason (e.g., stock, fraud). Orders are confirmed only after payment processing and our acceptance email. Review orders carefully—changes/cancellations may not be possible post-acceptance. For COD, inspect before paying; refuse if damaged/wrong and notify us.

All purchases subject to our Return & Refund Policy (7-day window for defective items; non-returnable for opened beauty products).

4. Prices & Payment

Prices in PKR, exclude taxes/shipping unless stated. Subject to change; charged at order time. Provide accurate payment info. For online payments, processed securely via Shopify gateways. You warrant your payment method is valid.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery estimates only—not guaranteed. Risk/loss passes to you upon handover to carrier (e.g., TCS, Leopards). We are not liable for delays due to carriers, customs, or force majeure.

6. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, images, text) is owned by us or licensors. Limited personal, non-commercial use only. No reproduction, modification, or commercial use without permission.

7. Third-Party Tools & Links

Optional third-party tools (e.g., Shopify apps) are "as is"—we disclaim liability. Third-party links are at your risk; review their policies.

8. Shopify Relationship

Sales are directly with us, not Shopify. Shopify is not liable for your transactions or products.

9. Feedback

Any ideas/suggestions you submit grant us a royalty-free, perpetual license to use them.

10. Prohibited Uses

Do not use Services for illegal activities, spam, fraud, IP infringement, or to harm us/others. We may suspend/terminate access for violations.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services and products provided "as is" without warranties (express or implied) of merchantability, fitness, or accuracy. No guarantee of uninterrupted/error-free use.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we (and Shopify) are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages (e.g., lost profits) from use of Services/products.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims/losses from your breach of these Terms or violation of laws/rights.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update Terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. Check periodically.

15. Governing Law

These Terms governed by laws of Pakistan. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gujranwala, Punjab.
